DRIVER GUIDE	$6.43 per hour	Drivers specially trained to give narrated tour, from Arizona Memorial to Circle Island tour.
LEI GREETING	$13.76 minimum 16 persons	Your group will feel welcomed with this Hawaiian tradition!
LUNCH & REFRESHMENTS	$2.13 $18.69 (all per person)	Delicious lunch and cold refreshments are sure to enhance any tour. Cold bottled Hawaiian water Deluxe box lunch (Roast beef, turkey, ham and cheese sandwich with lettuce and cucumber; pickles and condiments; fresh fruit; chips; chocolate fudge brownie and soda or water)
